Admissions in Vardhman Mahaveer Open University Kota are held twice every year in January and July. Many courses of UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate levels are offered by the university. Every year lakhs of students apply for admission to the university.
Students apply online for admission in Kota open university and pay the application fees. After this, the application form is reviewed by the regional center that was chosen by the applicant. Many times the application form is rejected by the regional center due to lack of information, incomplete documents, or any other reason.
After applying online for admission to the university, you get a registration number. With this registration number, you can track your admission.
The scholar number is issued to you by the university after some time of online application. If you have not got the scholar number yet, then you should track the admission status through the registration number and see why the scholar number has not been issued to you yet.
The reason for the rejection of the form will be given to you on the Admission Track page. If you have been given a reason for it that can be solved, then do it. Like if you had applied for BA 1st year but have not uploaded the 12th mark sheet then upload the 12th mark sheet from the additional document upload link given on the page of Admission Status.
After this, your application will be checked once again at the regional center of the university. If everything is found correct, the university will issue you the scholar number and your admission will be confirmed.
If your form is rejected for any reason that cannot be corrected, your admission fee will be refunded to you by the university. A fee refund will be done in the bank account that you have added on the official website of the university while filling out the application form.
